REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Refund or Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or if your order is already completed, started or fulfilled then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Only orders that haven't started being worked on are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
If you're interested for an exchange you can exchange your order to a service of the same price value.
Keep in mind there are few things that cant be refunded or exchanged please read disclaimer below.
Disclaimer:
•Queue time "VIP (FAST PASS)" are not refundable.
If you did purchase an order with VIP (FAST PASS) and want your order exchanged VIP (FAST PASS) will apply to that exchanged service.
•All tips are final and could not be refunded.
please send an email stating your reason for refund or exchang to Support@Playerboost.com with order number and specific items requesting to be exchange within 7 days from the date the order was placed to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
