KING'S FALL RAID COMPLETION
Destiny 2’s King’s Fall reprised raid was released with Season of Plunder. The raid brings you back to the classic raid from the first game, taking you into the dreadnought to enter the throne world of Oryx, The Taken King and take him down.
Why do you want this done?
King’s Fall has a massive loot table including 7 weapons and an armor set. These weapons are some of the highest quality weapons in the game, along with the high stat roll armor that you can obtain. The raid also utilizes the crafting system, so all 6 legendary weapons can be crafted if you collect 5 deepsight frames for each one, so you can make your own god rolls and take over the solar system.
This raid gives you the chance to get a whopping 10 loot drops, with 6 encounter drops (5 pinnacle), 3 secret chests and a puzzle chest that grants you a resonance frame weapon. Along with that you can use your Spoils of Conquest to purchase weapons or armor from the vendor at the end, the first weapon you buy each week will also be a guaranteed resonance frame weapon.
The loot table is as follows:
- “War Numen” Armor Set
- Quillm’s Terminus (Stasis Machine Gun)
- Doom of Chelchis (Void Scout Rifle)
- Defiance of Yasmin (Kinetic Sniper Rifle)
- Smite of Merain (Kinetic Pulse Rifle)
- Zaouli’s Bane (Solar Hand Cannon)
- Touch of Malice (Exotic Kinetic Scout Rifle) (Only drops from Oryx)
- Midha’s Reckoning (Arc Fusion Rifle)
These weapons are some of the best in the game at the moment. Doom of Chelchis can roll explosive payload along with dragonfly and firefly in their own perk columns. Zaouli’s Bane can roll Incandescent, making it a beast for solar builds. As mentioned, Touch of Malice has returned as a random drop from the final encounter, this also comes with a secret catalyst puzzle if you manage to obtain the gun, giving it the perk Rapid Hit.
